I have had no trouble with the receptionist she was very friendly with me and I was friendly back. If you need quality apartments duplexes or houses you should def check them out. they know what they are doing and make sure to keep their properties nice all the units i looked at were in good condition and clean when i saw them. It appears I HAVE to give this place a star, I would like to give it none.\t\n\t\nI'm not sure how this place has a 5 star rating, my only guess is that the employees and owners rate themselves.\t\n\t\nThis place will try and cheat you out of money by any means possible. \t\n\t\nThey will make up notices to charge tenants so they can collect extra money (ex. charging for unauthorized tenants who don't exist).\t\n\t\nAlso, don't ever under any circumstances use their rental drop box, they will say they didn't receive payment and issue a late fee. ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT (but sometimes that isn't even enough, they had the gall to accuse us of faking a receipt for rent that THEIR RECEPTIONIST WROTE WHEN WE TURNED OUR RENT IN TO HER).\t\n\t\nAbsolutely unprofessional and just plain ridiculous!\t\n ...read more
