Ocean Front Motel

I had reservations at the oceanfront motel for September 10th thru the 12th for a court side unit! This is the second year in a row , that reservations have been messed up! Requested court unit, got upstairs unit, ( had even confirmed two weeks prior) toilet broke, would not flush, requested refund, Judy refused , saying she could not re-rent room, ( not my problem housekeepers went home, ) something in room caused allergies! Left item in room upon departing , and obviously, someone has sticky fingers, because when called and told this item was in the room, no one knew anything about it! Price may be cheap, but don't count on getting the room you reserved, or any satisfaction. I should have been compensated for their foul up, and wasn't, and when I was unhappy with accomodations and asked for a refund, should have recieved one, every other motel manager I spoke with told me this is unacceptable customer service!
