I have four 50 foot birch trees, a 30 foot blue spruce, a 20 foot oriental maple plus a 40 foot long arbovitae hedge. Tree-ific arrived timely and professionally and did the most wonderful pruning and weight reduction job that I have ever seen. I am very very pleased with the way the trees look (and I think I can hear the trees singing with gratitude).. they treated the trees with care for their health and an eye to beauty. They billed us for 8 hours of tree grinding at $125.00 an hour yet only completed 6 hours of work. It has been very difficult to work with their office and I was often sent to an answering machine and would wait a week to receive a reply. I am continuing to struggle trying to pay the company to be rid of them. I would not recommend this business to any one. ...read more
