Eckley & Associates are incompetent and greedy. What a combination? After six months and huge amount of money I paid to Eckley & Associates, my case was settled for pennies. What was promised during initial consultation was merely accomplished. Stay away from this firm! Mr. Eckley was punished by State Bar in the past. He was on probation for two years in 2010 – 2012.
