I am a local veteran and like everyone else, i have a very hard time with income. I requested Charter internet services to try to better myself and go to school. Charter has damaged my home due to negligent installation of their services. They are unwilling to pay for the damages to restore my house to the condition it was before their installation. I have been fighting with Charter since July 2014. With the rainy season, the damage will continue to get worse. Charter has damaged my home and does not care to right their wrong. several times a week I either cannot order a movie or get into VOD @ all. I then do not order anything, or do not watch what i set out to watch at all. It is very FRUSTRATING. As I am writing this I am having a nice young man help me. we went through a series of solutions, He mentioned it may be "resetting itself "or "recycling". As I mentioned to him this happens at least 7/10 times that is ALOT. I enjoy VOD As you imagine one would exspect this service to work much more consistant. FYI this time it has been exsactly 3 hours since I have tried to watch a movie. The reason I haven't complained untll now is I know these things need time to service itself or with help over the phone. Now at 3 Hourse 15 min I am able t select my movie.
