I was so impressed with the quality of care and the caliber of Physical and Occupational therapy services at this facility. It's abundantly clear that the management team in this facility understands the needs of their patients. This isn't just a nursing home where elderly people live, there is a 15-bed short-term stay unit that accepts Medicare and Clear Choice clients and helps them get back home safely after surgeries and strokes. I'm guessing that Redmond Health Care Center is probably the best nursing facility in Central Oregon and they enjoy that reputation because of the great job that they are doing. If you need therapies after a hospital visit, you really should ask your hospital discharge planner and find out more about this facility before you decide where to go for therapy. ...read more
Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
