I initially contacted Unforgettable Honeymoons to book a Caribbean Honeymoon. The representative was rude and interrupted often. She had no sense of customer service and serving me as a person. She claimed it would be more expensive to get my fiancee and I on the same flight after our wedding enroute to our destnation since on our return we would be going to separate destinations (military). She also was not responsive with emails or calls. I then called honeymoons,inc and although I did have to wait 10 minutes to get to a representative, I told Kimberly what I was looking for. I described the ambiance of what I wanted and how I wanted it. She listened, told me she would get back to me, and then stayed late jsut to send me an email sumamry.
