Every time that I have been in the store the staff has always been very helpful and extremely patient. I had put some cash down on a wetsuit some time ago(back when the economy was still decent), I was worried that I would just have to cut my losses and lose the cash, but when I had explained the situation they were so sweet and suggested that I bring in the receipt to show exactly how much I had put down, finish paying off the remaining balance and take home my sweet wetsuit! Left my board with gorge to be fixed, I said I may want to put it on consignment but wasn’t sure, after months of calling (I left it their in oct) and making sure they still had my number I called again yesterday to find that they lost my number and went ahead and sold my board. After getting really upset with bob on the phone he said that he would give me a discount on the fix and waive the 10% commission, but still treated me like he was doing me a favor and like I was just some A hole jerk.
