I started attending ILKB classes about 2 months ago after signing up for the internet promotion of "buy 3 classes, get a free pair of gloves for $20". I figured, why not?\n\nAfter my first class where you get a 1-on-1 coaching session with one of their instructors to learn all of the kicks and punches, I felt like a total bad a$$. By the third class, I more confident with my combinations, and strength against the bags, that I couldn't wait to come back for the next class. \n\nBetween the HIT round, stretching and cardio from the bag rounds, I haven't had such a great work out in years!\n\nMy other favorite part is the female community at my Tigard location, and the support you get from everyone after you're sweaty and exhausted from completing a challenging work out. ...read more

Best Time for Newbies
We get this request all the time. First, any time you can come with a few friends who can show you the ropes works well! Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days at Tac-Ops, with our most experienced players, especially at the end of the day. Airsoft play can be intimidating for new players. To get started, Wednesday or Friday is probably you best bet, especially if you can come near opening time. That's when our staff the most time to answer questions. ...read more
