Recently, I purchased a pair of Simms G4 guide wader boots. Jason was very honest in helping me make my decisions. I had him install aluminum spikes on the bottoms. Long story short, I went on an extended trip and the spikes came out. Initially, I was mad as hell. \t\nBut when I went back and talked with Jason and the owner, everything was fixed to my satisfaction and with a very positive attitude.\t\nCONCLUSION: YOU CAN'T PREVENT PROBLEMS; IT'S HOW YOU DEAL WITH THEM THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.
