Horrible management. BED BUGS! My apartment flooded due to faulty plumbing in my bathroom ( 2 inches of water)! When I was moved to a vacant unit while they cleaned up the water I got bed bugs a second time and I was out of my unit for 1.5 weeks. When I asked to speak to a manager in the office the leasing agents get defensive but they are NEVER willing to help you. They don't care about you! I know that this is going to seem like I work for this company however I do not. I am going to be moving to OR soon and trying to look up some rent vs own. I have decided to own. HOWEVER I would like the people looking at website reviews, and this goes for any company, to keep a few things in mind. People only feel like talking about someone/something if they have something bad to say, that is %99.9 of the time. Any company is going to have more bad reviews then good. People naturally only know how to complain in most cases do to them having it their head "The customer is always right" Well you are mostly wrong and just don't like being told so. Think about this this way, you go out to eat. The waitress is rude, takes to long to bring anything, treats you like you don't matter, are you going to tell your friends, yes, are you going to tell here Manager, yes, and if you can find a website to post it too you will. Anytime something doesn't go the way we want it to we raise hell. However if you go to out to eat and the Waitress is a doll, right on top of everything, and just makes your night by being so kind, are you going to tell your friends maybe, are you going to seek her manager out and tell them, most likely not, or even take your time to find the website for customer comments and type that in, far more less unlikely. Sometimes you just have to form your own opinion, look at the product they are offering, and go for it. Not to mention when a company is doing good by you, give them credit where credit is due. ...read more
