If I could give them no stars, I would. These people were trying to charge me for a late fee, for not picking up a vehicle that I bid on 12/13/08. The Winter Storm hit and they were not understanding when my husband arrived this morning 12/16/08 and after I had called on 12/15/08 and advised it would be picked up in the morning. They claimed I had to pay a 15% Late Fee and I told them that I could not even get out of my house to drive anywhere. They also claimed that this so called Late Fee was published on all their advertisements. It isn't. It's not like I was trying to back out of the deal. I told them twice that I would pay what I owed, but I would not pay a late fee cause I was never advised and never read anything to that effect. I don't want to say too much right now, except to let whoever cares know, that Lucy Knopf, has not kept her word with me. She has ignored my phone calls. She promised to email a display picture of my set of King Richard SilverWare along with other Silver items, in one week after signing the contract - which was 2 months ago.Also she was to give me a price - she did not, so I sent a letter to her at her physical address, and another to her post office. She ignored the letter. When I finally reached her one day, she said "I can't talk I'm going to a meeting" and hung up. The value I placed on my Silver is $7,745. I am very well aware of the retail price, and I priced this Like New SilverWare alone at least $2500 below retail. The point is - She has ignored me since the signing of the contract.
