When I was in need of a small loan I had a small loan under $200 and when I had paid it off I saw no change in the loan balance. Well this was because they posted two loans and never showed that I had a balance double of what I had originally asked for. The only reason I found out about their mistake is when they sent me notices that I was past due on a loan I had never agreed to take out. Everyone at the Kruse Way branch just passed the buck and never took any action to rid me of their threats of sending me to collections. This is has taken over two months to sort out due to their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OnPoint is just a wolf in sheep's clothing. I have over 5 accounts with them including checking accounts that earn interest. They give more interest than the big banks do and offer lower interest rates on credit cards and loans. The only draw back is that they dont have many locations but their atms work 24/7 and you can deposit cash, checks and use the atm's as if they are 24/7 bankers which is nice. \t\n\t\nthe big banks are crooked and at least the smaller credit unions are not evil wall street corporations even if they do deal with fiat currency in a fractional reserve banking racket. ...read more
