I am an attorney who travels often across Oregon and Washington for cases. I was looking for court reporters in Portland and finally scheduled Naegeli. I was pleased with their team. My depo was fairly last minute and under a big deadline. The Neageli firm was helpful and very professional. We used their conference rooms as well, and they were more than elegant. These people are outrageous. I have never seen a place that is so underhanded when it comes to providing a service and then padding the bill. The woman who owns the place is Portland Queen of Mean. She berates and abuses employees and isn't afraid to go to court...knowing they have no money and she has plenty. The super high turnover ( 6 people quit in August) is a petty good clue.
