Mr Hainley is the accountant and guardian for my friend Peggy. I have lived with Peggy, cared for her and known her for 25 years. Mr Hainley recently liquidated the contents of Peggy's house which included several items which belonged to me and many sentimental photos and heirlooms. I am Peggy's only surviving friend. I visit her regularly in the convalescent home where she resides. Patrick Hainley is fully aware of my long standing relationship with Peggy and he was also fully aware that some of my belongings remained in her house. Mr Hainley did not even inform me of the estate sale, let alone give me an opportunity of first refusal to purchase my belongings or sentimental items of Peggy's.I was given one opportunity to retrieve my stuff 5 years ago but it was impossible to find all of it as I had lived in Peggy's house for so long.
