I arrived upon opening so fortunately I had no wait at all. Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. The MA and provider seemed genuinely concerned and spent as much time with me as wad needed. I went to urgent care on a Saturday night. I was able to get in within a half hour of contacting them. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and it took less than 10 minutes to see Dr. She was pleasant, efficient and explained everything to me including home care and what to do should my condition worsen. She wrote my prescription and we were on our way in less than half an hour. Overall as pleasant an experience as could be for a 60 year old woman with the flu.
