One of the VERY FEW SHOPS I TRUST! PRE has a very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff there. I own a 2011 WRX and this is my second Subaru so I am not unfamiliar with performance. They have been more then happy to help me with questions and suggestions on parts for the newer body style along with my old Subaru. Very Professional shop. I have been in the auto industry for my whole life, have been around muscle car's and show cars my whole life, and I have seen the work that has come out of this shop from my son James the work here is very professional and done well. This dealership is a tough nut to crack. I've never owned a smart car, so I can't attest to their new car business. But they have a decent pre-owned inventory, which is why I've stopped by on a couple of occasions to check out some pretty high-end used cars. It seems that they have a great sales staff: knowledgeable, friendly, willing to work with customers. But... their cars are dirty when I test drive them! Since that's the easiest "fix" to do, it makes me wonder what else is being neglected (i.e. under the hood). I've heard great things about their service department, so perhaps it's a matter of the managers tightening the purse strings to the detriment of the dealership? ...read more
