I ordered a CD May 2014. They have the money, but haven't sent the CDs. I have emailed and phoned repeatedly - most of the time I couldn't get through by phone, but I was able to leave a message a couple of times. There has been absolutely no response at all. ...read more
Lifetime Exteriors

I didn't know what I was getting into when it came to house restoration, I bought a cheap house 97k I could handle everything but the siding and new windows, there was mold, and all sorts of rot going on in my siding, great honest people. I sold the house at 190k and would not hesitate to call them again if I ever restore another house. ...read more

Recently bought a home and part of the deal was a new roof. Russ at Lifetime Exteriors was incredibly courteous, accommodating, and professional during the install and following up afterwards. We have had several people comment on how great the roof looks. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely call them when we upgrade our windows and siding. ...read more

Announcing our Shabby Chic Collection
Izzop Giftsis thrilled to announce the introduction of our newest product category, ourShabby Chiccollection. When we first discussed the introduction of this line, we were very curious as to the true meaning of Shabby Chic and how this would complement our current offerings. So we did some digging! Shabby Chic was coined by Rachel Ashwell in the mid 1980’s. By looking at the true definition of the term, you start to understand its current wave of popularity. First off, “Shabby” by true definition is:showing conspicuous signs of wear or neglect. Ok, this is understandable, I have clothing that fits that definition! Now add “Chic” which is a French word and has come to mean, smart or stylish. What you end up with, currently known as Shabby Chic, is a stylish display of worn or neglected décor. According to Wikipedia, “The essence of shabby chic style is vintage and antique furniture painted white (or another soft pastel color) and distressed at the corners by sanding”. Well I think the collection we have put together fits the definition perfectly and does add a very attractive and complementary addition to our current offers. We hope you take a moment and visit our new selection ofShabby Chicofferings and let us know your thoughts. ...read more

Welcome to Izzop Gifts
Welcome to theIzzop Giftsblog! We are excited to have this forum to share our thoughts and ideas about the Gift industry, doing business on the web and other areas of interest we come across while we continue to grow our business. During this first post, we would like to introduce our company. Izzop Gifts was born January 2008 in Tigard, Oregon. The store was created out of our curiosity of online commerce and the challenges that exist at being successful on the internet. To date, we have placed over 600 items in our store and we continue to seek out additional high quality gifting products at affordable prices we can offer our potential and existing customers. Our goal is to truly provide great customer service to all of our visitors. I know that this sounds cliché, but it really is the mantra we live by every day. We work to ensure that every order placed is processed and sent to shipping the same day. We ensure that our customers are communicated with during every step of the order fulfillment process and most importantly, we guarantee that if you do not like the item you ordered when you receive it, we will gladly refund your money and restock the item. There is no doubt; great customer service has proven to be a key element to our early success.Another key ingredient to our store success has been it’s the wide range of Gift suggestions. We currently offer 34 categories of gifting ideas and as mentioned earlier, we will continue to grow these offerings. Well, we have definitely spent to much time on selling the store, but we wanted to take this opportunity to share with you who we are and what we stand for and believe in. It has been quite a year for Izzop Gifts and I hope to have the opportunity to share with you the great, and not so great, things we have learned during that period… and in the years going forward. Please be sure to visit our store atwww.IzzopGifts.com. If you like what you see, we hope you will sign up for our Newsletter so that you will be kept up to date on all of our Specials and New Product offerings. ...read more

Service is Our Key to Success
My business offers great service. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what it takes to make our customers happy. The buck stops here so there are no rules getting in the way of our ability to get customers exactly what they need. If you have a special situation (such as delivery requirements, after-hours service, or anything else), please contact us -- we want to work with you! I have heard phrases like the one above repeated over and over again among businesses, but the reality comes down to trust and that is something that is truly earned. Izzop Gifts prides itself in taking care of the customer. We are still small enough to remember that nothing is more important than satisfying the buyer and doing our very best to ensure they are comfortable with and trust you enough to buy again and hopefully share their happiness with others. When it comes down to Customer Safisfaction, the customer has all of the power. They can simply not shop your store any longer or worse, tell eveyone they know how bad their experience with your company was.....no advertising can overpower that negative feedback. Visit Izzop Gifts at: www.IzzopGifts.com and experience true customer satisfaction. Remember, if you do not see what you are looking for, we will do everything in our power to find it for you! ...read more
