Took our scooter in for a broken belt. Told that they do a quick check on the scooter and if they found that it would be an easy fix, they would have back to us in 2 weeks. 2 1/2 months later and after many calls the owners son, we finally got it back. Lost a summer of riding 2012. In 2013, we took the scooter out and the belt broke after 80 miles. They replaced the second belt with a "better belt" and that belt went out at 5 miles. We have nothing but excuses from the father and son that own the shop. We are out 300.00 dollars and nothing to show for it. Charlatans for sure. ...read more
