I have seen this company since 2010 and they have come so far with their product. They have more features then any other system on a tablet in the market place. Their support as been amazingly upgraded to help clients with in 60secs of calling in as of feb 2014. We needed a pro to service our fryer. The equipment manufacturer recommended a different company (shall remain nameless). We called on a Tuesday afternoon and were told earliest possible would be following Monday. L&M had us up and running in less than 2 hours from when we called and for a very reasonable price, too. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and professional. We'll be adding L&M to our preferred provider list! Thank you for the great and speedy service!
