Purchased a truck canopy in April 2010. It was installed two weeks later than promised, dented and they neglected to install the light. In December 2010 I consigned them to sell the canopy. When I checked in February, they couldn't tell me if it was sold or not. It took three weeks to get a straight answer. When they did confirm it was sold, I couldn't get my money from them. They stalled and made up excuses. I've contacted the BBB and the Oregon Attorney General's Office. I am now filing small claims court papers to get my money. I was sold a truck cap in Apirl 2009. It showed up two weeks late, dented and the light was not installed. I consigned them to sell it eight months later. After three months I checked to see if it was sold. I got the run-around for three weeks, never a straight answer. They finally did admit it was sold and kept stalling on paying me. I still have not received the money. I am filing a small claims court action on them. I have also contacted the Better business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
