I used this firm for my divorce. I found the office nice, support staff nice and attorneys more than competent. However, they were likely to send letters (accumulating to hours billed) rather than calling clients back (less time billed). I found them quite revolting personality wise when it came to making me comfortable or reassuring. It's hard to rate attorneys just like doctors.
