i Fixed THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL MYSELF i GUESS i WILL REPLACE THE LIGHT BULBS AS WELL, i cant fix the BLINDS HOWEVER. but i can hire someone if i need to i am feeling LIKE THE STAFF THINK ,'IMA PROBLEM CHILD BECAUSE MY BLINDS HAVE NEEDED MAINTENANCE A FEW TIMES.
