I have been renting a garage from this company for 6 months. In that time I have received 3 late payment notices trying to charge me late payment fees and threatening me with collection action. My payments are made automatically through online banking and I can see an image of the cashed payment checks online. My payments have ALWAYS been paid a few days early and the payments checks have been cashed before they are due. I have wasted 1 hour of my time every 2 months on the phone fixing their accounting screw ups. They refuse, or are unable, to fix their continual accounting screw-upâs. ...read more

bluestone and hockley was an absolute nightmare for me. i lived in same apartment for close to 5 years with no problems until bluestone and hockley moved in. mindy cunningham at bluestone in hockley is a scam artist and liar. should u be naive anough to rent from them anyway at a bare minimum get everything in writing. im in the process of a lawsuit against her as a result of her manipulative and deceitful ways. they evicted me unlawfully, destroyed my property, lied to me as well as my lawyer, and are even trying to charge me for my last month rent which was supposed to be waived as a resullt of out of court settlement and trying to charge me for a month in which i had already paid as well as taking my deposit. my lawyer and i both look forward to our court appearance against them. ...read more
