I called Ace on December 17 because my big screen TV was not working. I arranged to have my TV picked up and Ace estimated its return for Dec 25. I went 3 weeks hearing nothing about my TV. I left messages on the Ace voicemail inquiring about it. Weeks of phone tag ensued where I was treated RUDELY and HUNG UP ON when I inquired about my television. Finally I was promised delivery - fixed or not - by March 12, nearly 3 MONTHS after they picked it up. Instead, Monday March 14 2005 my TV was delivered UNFIXED. They charged me only $70 for delivery and nothing for the labor which I appreciated. However I recieved no apology for the inconvenience and still have a broken TV.
