My wife and I bought chairs from Rife's six months ago. The rep that sold them to us claimed that they were extremely scratch-resistant, but all seven are covered in scratches from top to bottom. We have kids, but they do not use the dining room chairs except during meal times, and they are all well behaved. To have chairs that are this scratched from normal use is unacceptable to me.
