Great service. Everybody is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes it does get a little busy, but I find that the degree of help from the staff is worth the wait. The help is very strait forward and in my dealings with them in the past they have always been up front about what I can expect. The only complaint I have is that sometimes its hard hard to get help but at least it's not like best buy or wal mart where your lucky if you find someone at all. ...read more

For those of you who have ever started a business from scratch, you know how hard it is to get going and get off the ground. It takes money, time and a lot of drive to get your name out there and create a presence within your community. Home Computer Tune Ups LLC is in a similar spot. Trying to get the wheels turning faster as business picks up. We have already grown to several states and cities, and things are going well, but challenges still present themselves in interesting ways. Being a mobile computer service it can be difficult to gain trust from people in our communities. A lot of people don't want some stranger coming into their home and working on their personal computer. That's why we are doing our best to gain respect and trust from people by performing great service and being very friendly and social with our customers. We even offer to pick your computer up and work on it remotely, which should help those that are uncomfortable with strangers in their homes. We don't want to be strangers. Our goal is to establish a good presence and a reputation as a trustworthy business. Service. To a lot of people, service is not something they think about too much. If they get what they asked for and they weren't treated poorly, then they're ok with that. But, what if they got what they asked for, and more? What if they were treated better than they expected, and the server went above and beyond their duties to make this customer happy? Money. Money is not hard to come by for most people. I understand that the economy hasn't been doing well for a long time, but that is mainly because people are "sitting" on the money they have, not willing to invest it in anything due to fear of the country's instability, or the decrease of earnings. But for those people that have enough money and live comfortably, they are not always wise or worried about what they spend it on. Say two restaurants had the same exact food, cooked the same way, and tasted exactly the same, but one restaurant charged two to three times the amount the other charged? Someone who has money and lives comfortably may go to the more expensive restaurant because it's closer, or maybe because it has a nice look to it. I know people do this. I have done this before. Well, Home Computer Tune Ups LLC does not treat service nor money with an attitude of relativity. We genuinely care about your time, how you are treated and how much you are spending on services that we offer. There are lots of big businesses out there with fancy buildings, and they charge TOO MUCH for the services they offer. And the main reason is, because they can. They know people will still go through them to get the job done. We as a company are trying to get between the people and the big stores. We offer our clients better, more personalized service and better prices. Our prices are a third of the biggest electronic store prices, and some of our employees used to work at these stores.
