As a homeowner in on a dead end street I've watched the duplex managed by JLT for years. This company is slow to respond (if at all) to complaints made to them about the condition of the property. One must call numerous times to get anything done. They've allowed very bad tenants to stay on far to long and damage has been done to the building that could have been prevented if JLT had cared enough to even drive by and see what was happening. I rented property from JLT from 2004 until 2007 and had little to no problems with management. In fact, they were more than responsive to all my needs. I'd highly recommend them. As well, Sharon was delightful, caring and compassionate. ...read more
