Tozer was hired to assist my mother's legal matters. He is too high priced and when I received a bill for $1350 with no explanation I asked many times for a detailed description of charges. He never replied but kept sending the bills. Finally he sent a bill and I noticed charges from other people that I had not authorized Tozer to speak to and I was never informed that these people had contacted him. I am now being charged for their services. Also, knowing that he was so high priced, I never would have racked up a bill of over thirteen hundred dollars. He is now sending me nasty notices and has acted so unprofessionally. I would definitely not recommend Tozer to anyone. ...read more

I was a realtor in 2005 and did well when the market was good. The moment it crashed, I found myself owing the IRS a lot of money which I didn’t have. They made it possible to get me fixed and I didn’t need to sell my property to pay my debt back. I am in an easily affordable payment and was granted the amount of time I need to to have this debt in check. I never denied that I owed it, just can't give the IRS a big check at one time.
