Cottage Grove has more to offer these days than just nice restoration of its historic downtown area. It also has Stacy's Covered Bridge Restaurant which provides a visitor with fine dining for lunch or dinner. My wife and I were at Stacy's for the first time yesterday and had lunch. It was Friday, so we both opted for fish entrees. Both the salmon and oysters dishes were nicely prepared and tasty. I also had a cup of New England clam chowder that was excellent.
