First of all, I have no complains about medical side of things. However, the billing as another story. I expected the clinic to be an urgent care facility, based on its name. Apparently, "immediate" care is not the same thing as "urgent" care... We were not asked for a co-pay upfront, where the difference would become clear, and no estimation of charges was given. Afterwards, we were billed a $50 co-pay for specialist visit, instead of $25 co-pay we have for urgent care. I absolutely love this office and staff! I visited 4 times in total. Each time, I received great service from reception, assistants, and Dr. Brune. Everyone has great personality and are so so friendly! Every solution for my complaints was perfect and effective. ...read more

I have been seen at Beaver Sports Medicine and had no problem so I referred my brother-in-law who is active military. We found out is is not that Beaver Sports wont accept his insurance but we called insurance and Tricare said they "closed their panel" and wont let any new Doctors on their panel.
