The order arrived late yesterday, and even later yesterday I received an email. Some one at the company stated an email was sent previously. But, I had the email in my favorites as a safe email address and never received the one they claim was sent to me. I have even been watching my spam/bulk mail folder. I ordered 6/9...I received the charge and tried to find a status (which you cannot do online). I tried emailing them 6/12 to find a shipping status, nothing, I tried calling about 3:00pm CT (they are PT) and still no call backs or emails and it's almost 1:00 CT MOnday 6/16.
