The title explains it all, my husband and I felt like we walked into a used car lot. Bad service, bad customer relations, and horrible bahavior by the staff. At Video only "You'll be Sorry". Especially if you choose to take their slick sales men's advise on financing. They offered my wife and I 1 year no payments and deferred interest. In reality it was only 8 months! No I'm being force to pay extra interest. I could have paid for the tv up front. but i was sold on the convenience the financing would bring. Beware of this vendor. Pay cash or just stay away. Don't trust them with you money. ...read more
