Called Speedy (Boring Oregon) yesterday late morning. They were really busy but said they could be there by 6 PM. Having a "situation" we were glad they were coming at all. When Kevin and Tim arrived they were super nice. They have a rough job, the epitome of Dirty Jobs, and they did it cheerfully and professionally. My estimate of 500 gallons was off, more than doubling that. They gave us a list of suggestions for future improvements to our aging system, with absolutely no pressure on their part. The bill was itemized and seemed fair, given the weekend job. These two guys were looking at a 16 hour workday without seeing their families, and they did it without complaint. From the the moment I was speaking to the gal in the office to when Ken D arrived at our home service was outstanding. Ken was eager to help us and was very knowledgeable letting us know that Speedy specializes in Sand Filter Septic. He showed me everything that was and needed to be done, not like the other service we used. I feel we were the other company did not do what they said they did and Ken explained that to me.
