she seemed quite nice on the phone; i booked in advance, and she sent the package right away. I should have read it more closely because later i realized that she had charged my credit card the full amount almost a month prior to my stay. and unlike any other place I've vacationed, when i inquired about changing my reservation three weeks in advance i was informed that i would still have to pay a cancellation fee of $250. In addition to that, I was one of Dr Redwines patients and informed that i would get a medical discount; however when i looked on craigslist she was advertising for the same price she gave me. there's nothing overtly wrong with any of this, but what did bother me tremendously was that two weeks after i got home from surgery I received an invoice in the mail, not a bill, because she had kept my credit card number and already charged it $50 for cleaning. I had made a point to leave the place clean as I'd been informed that if it took more than an hour to clean the two bedroom house then i would be charged. When I spoke to her about this she described the deep cleaning into cabinets, inside of the microwave, and extra time spent waiting on the laundry to finish. In fact, I never used the microwave or the cabinets; to which she began yelling at me on the phone that she wasn't going to argue with me. I told her that we could disagree but i would feel compelled to write a review; to which she responded by telling me that if i took any action she would come up with more things to charge my credit card as she had kept the number on file. I have since changed my credit card number. WOW , THIS IS A SERIOUSLY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. I would not recomend this place to say the least. ...read more

Thesa knows the area inside and out. She is extremely familiar with the needs of vacation home buyers and sellers, and those with rental properties and primary residences.
