This agency obviously does not know what the other hand is doing. She personally called us on a Monday and scheduled an appraisal for the following Friday. She had me send her a copy of the appraisal we had done a few months back which I did. We waited all day Friday for her to appear for the appraisal and she never showed up. Then I get a text message that we had been removed from her queue a week before. Excuse me! Why did you call us and make an appt then? She obviously does not know how to run a business. Rented a building from them and was not told that the building had been used before for a hazardous materials site. They did not clean it before I moved in. I had to move out of old building so I had no choice but to clean it myself. Every employee got deathly ill. COLM would not take responsibilty. Currently in litigation.
