I had been a loyal customer for 8 years. This account is true, though beyond belief. I said nothing rude to this employee I encountered, unless looking irritated counts, or asking for help with a product. Read on and beware of this business: A 20s something, stocky male employee, 5'9" with brown hair, named Ben was at the store. He was indifferent to my presence, though I was the only customer there. He was resistant to help me when asked about a fountain head I needed to return. I asked if he would mind plugging in another off the shelf into a display fountain to verify it worked before I left the store. He scoffed; told me I could do it if I needed to. I was stunned. I said "are you kidding-you too busy?" He told me "not to back talk him" calmly and confidently. I shook my head in disbelief, asking what his name was? I chose to leave and forget about the refund before I said something regretful. As I headed for the door, he yelled at me to "blank off."
