This is one of the site lack of order transparancy. It won't tell you everything until you put the order in. It states "Easy Online Ordering - Fast Shipping - No Hassle Returns" is not true and misleading. 1. after order in I got an email saying it is a manufacturing part. It will take 2 -3 weeks to ship. You can not cancel because of this. 2. After receipt, I found out I ordered a wrong part. after emails and call they simply replied. It is not returnable because it is a manufacuring part. If I knew all this at beginning I would not even bother to look the its prices. It is cheating its customers. I was in a parking lot and turned down a alternate isle while the employee of this company was waiting for someone to pull out of their spot. The driver yells out the window at my wife and I was we are turning down the isle. We did not cut him off or impend him from getting to the store. Why he was so upset at us I can't understand. But to yell snide remarks to another driver, im sorry thats borderline road rage. This attitude is awful and I would never to business with a company with this type of employee representing them.
