This place is wonderful. We placed our dad here and he received the best care possible. He had Parkinsons so he was up at night and many nights Joanna spent time with him until he went back to sleep. Joanna has a clean, loving, & caring home. She is also hyper vigilant, and knows what's happening with everyone at all times. We interviewed several homes and felt so very lucky that we found Joana. I recently started using Ebay again (well I listed just one item), and thought nothing of it really. Usually I would do intense research before using any service; but since I had used Ebay a few times in 2005 or 2003, or thereabout, I never even thought twice about using caution. Ok, I don't have any bad stories to tell- thankfully; but after placing my item for sale (totally unrelated to this business), I did some research- backwards I know...I was kind of shocked by some of the negative feedback I found- particularly disturbing to me, were the concerns regarding being scammed. I thought still... really??? How naive of me to think (even though I am in the business of not trusting others) that since they are linking strangers with each other everyday and for so long that they had a way of knowing that people are who they say they are.... While I am over here working on making Craigslist(a free site) safer, I didn't realize that Ebay(a paying site for the sellers)was not much safer. Any site dealing with random strangers who can get access to conduct business, should have a system of greater accountability for it's users; More importantly any site that actually collects money from the people who use the site should be held to a higher standard. I'm just saying. I am always afraid of being scammed or worse, and I know that fear comes from the lack of accountability out there. When you get people more accountable the side effect is really just greater peace of mind.
