I don't usually write reviews either but hate to see any company wrongly slandered. We've been very happy with DirectBuy. Great prices, really nice people working at the Beaverton office and just to throw in a factoid: They're renewal rate exceeds 80%. I think that's a better testimonial to follow than a group of cranky people. I just saved $300 on a kitchen table and $1000 on a desk for my office. Both of the items were delivered early and were in perfect condition. When we ordered our bedroom furniture and it got damaged in shipping, DirectBuy did a beautiful repair job at no charge.
