Psalm 1 Landscape

Last spring we hired Psalm 1 to install sod. Bare spots now cover half the area. After some difficulty getting a response from the company, we were told "Chris" would come to the house on Friday, April 8. We waited at home but never saw him. In a phone conversation on April 11, with Chris, he said he came by the previous Friday & saw no problem except in a shady area. After he blamed the shade, a tree, winter, leaves, economy, us, & Home Depot for the dead grass, and after we insisted, he agreed to come out to discuss the problem. He dug up a couple places in the lawn & found no soil issue, & continued to make the same excuses. Our neighbors on this side of the street have the same lawn conditions & no problem, just nice green grass. He suggested WE reseed rather than admit a faulty product or workmanship. We suggested he replace the dead lawn. He ignored that & placed the responsibility on us and said he would give us some seed, which he incidentally failed to do.. The $548 cost for ...read more
