Today I order flowers for the same girl I have been dating for 9 months and the delivery boy (the husband of the owner) asks my girlfriend, as he is giving her the flowers, if she is being STALKED!?!?!? Literally I can not believe this happened ! My girlfriend called and thanked me for the flowers but the whole experience was awkward due to this delivery boy. I was told he asked because she looked "surprised"....are you kidding me? People looked surprised when they get something they are not expecting! Thats what the word surprise means! Anyway...I just wanted good customer service and a promise this would NEVER happen again. I was told that they had a moral obligation to ask. Even though I had bought from them before. Even though they had my address, debit card number and phone number, as well as NO REASON TO DO THIS.....no complaints (my girlfriend and I are super in love...I have a clean history) These people should be ashamed for what they did instead they were smug. ...read more
