Just recently I decided to have my new system setup and installed in my home office, they sent out Doug, one of the owners and he was working! Last time I heard Doug had a catastrophic illness and was dying, after 10 years of illness this guy is back to work and happy to help! 10 years is a long time to be away from the computer business but it appears this guy is taking off right where he left it!
