I have been going to Medicap for a long time and had a few mishaps, but nothing that was a huge deal. That has changed and I am not sure why. The last 3 times I have went there I have had problems. 1st time - they had to back order my meds and never called me to tell me so I wasted my time going there. 2nd time their system deleted my insurance info so again they did not call me and I had to wait for them to fix it and then fill my meds! 3rd time again they did not have my refill done so I had to wait. All three times I called at least 3 days in advance to get my refills!!!!! Very very annoying. I am thinking about changing my pharmacy. ...read more
