At roughly 8:30 am on Dec 17th my flight from Tulsa to Detroit was delayed, then cancelled. I had help from a lady at gate 21 ( black hair and I didnt get her name) she found me a flight to Dallas to Detroit that got me home for my son's final and championship 7th grade basketball game. She was wonderful!! Very caring lady whom I admire her character in helping a person out! I cannot thank her enough and only hope she could see this message, or maybe someone can help me out to let her know how I feel about what she did for me!! Northwest Airlines did nothing to help me out and would have had me miss the basketball game, I owe being at that game to her......She is a wonderful lady and I wish I could once again thank her.
