I visited this store and the customer service was absolutely terrible. We stood for nearly 5 minutes after walking in the store waiting the woman to finish her non-business related conversation with two other people. Afterward there was no greeting and she acted as though we were bothering her. The dressing room smelled like dirty feet and the entire store was unorganized and messy. It is unfortunate the school chose this place for parents to purchase uniforms. I have had much better service from Midwest Sports and Academy Sports. We live approximately 1 hour from the store and purchased dumbells and a stand. The box for the stand had been opened and I asked if all the pieces were there and told yes, they checked. After arriving home, of course the stand was missing the back panel. I called the store and was told they would be in my area on Tuesday and would drop the piece off. Tuesday came and went with no contact, I contacted them again on Thursday and was told they did not have the piece and would order from manufacterer and drop ship to my house...I asked why I was not contacted on Tuesday and did not receive a response. After waiting for 1 month, I took the stand back to the store and there was the back panel that they supposedly just received...apparently NOT drop shipped to my house. I returned the stand and will not be back. It is unfortunate because we have spent several thousand dollars there over the last 5 years and are in the market for a new treadmill. ...read more
