We live approximately 1 hour from the store and purchased dumbells and a stand. The box for the stand had been opened and I asked if all the pieces were there and told yes, they checked. After arriving home, of course the stand was missing the back panel. I called the store and was told they would be in my area on Tuesday and would drop the piece off. Tuesday came and went with no contact, I contacted them again on Thursday and was told they did not have the piece and would order from manufacterer and drop ship to my house...I asked why I was not contacted on Tuesday and did not receive a response. After waiting for 1 month, I took the stand back to the store and there was the back panel that they supposedly just received...apparently NOT drop shipped to my house. I returned the stand and will not be back. It is unfortunate because we have spent several thousand dollars there over the last 5 years and are in the market for a new treadmill. ...read more
