My daughter got married at the Tulsa Event Center on 6/21 - Absolutely the worst experience with them!! To start with that were changing this up until the Tuesday before the event - as to the vendors we could use. We were over charged and when they credited the funds back they credited the wrong card. The event center was not set up when we arrived to decorate - of which we were told it would be. There was no A/C - yep that is correct no A/c until 2 hours before the event is to start. They say they do not control the A/C - it is controlled by Clear Channel - so there was nothing they could do. They did manage to get it turned on early - but we had completed our decorating at that point. The room we used for the Bridal party to get ready in had no A/c either - the compressor went out and they did not bother to notify us ahead of time so we had to bring fans from home to keep the room cool enough to get ready in.Too many other issues - such as customer service. ...read more

Tulsa Select was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in the Tulsa area. The hotel staff wouldn't even give a guy a phone book whose car had broke down in parking lot. I had a complaint about the security guards at hotel and the manager couldn't even come out of her office to speak with me! It is a very trashy hotel. Don't waste your money. ...read more
