They represented themselves to me in online correspondence as an "antique mall". Nothing could be further than the truth: it's a JUNK STORE. After driving all the way there and confronting the proprietor, a Donna Osborn, about the misrepresentation, she flew into a rage. Even being a former US Marine, this woman frightened me. I ordered nursery furniture in July. When it arrived one of the drawers was broken. They ordered a new one - 6 weeks later the drawer arrives and doesn't match. They try again - 5 weeks later I call to find out what's going on and they hadn't confirmed with the company that made the drawer so my wait time started over. Fast forward to now I just got my drawer and you can tell it's different than the rest but I don't want to wait anymore. While they were very nice at first they never once initiated contact with me regarding the repair. I had to make every phone call. When I called it took 1 -2 days to hear back and even then I had a hard time getting a straight and/or accurate answer. While I like to try and deal with local businesses when possible I think I will be steering clear of them for any purchases which to too bad because they have some cute stuff! ...read more
