I have rented from Reese Pilkington for years now and he has just been amazing. I have never had any issues with him or his properties. I've only had a few little things that I had to call him for and if someone wasn't there that day there would be someone there the next morning. His son even came and mowed for me a couple times. He was a very polite man and did an excellent job. If you had issues with this family I am willing to bet your a deadbeat who didn't pay there rent. ...read more

I rented from Mr. Pilkington for two years. If I ever had a problem he fixed it in a timely manor. A few times his son did come to mow for me. I think it's wonderful that a man of his stature is teaching his children work ethics. That's one thing that's wrong with today's youth.
